Sam Collins is a licensed mortgage banker in his home state of Delaware.

Because of Sam's daily involvement in his own reverse mortgage business, he envisioned the need to provide senior homeowners true real life stories how reverse mortgages have assisted senior homeowners. Sam's vision, "Senior homeowners need to know they are not alone and there are other senior's homeowners who have successfully completed reverse mortgages and changed their lives for the better."

Thus was born "62 Senior Moments." Sam thought it was important that seniors hear stories from other reverse mortgage professionals. You will read over 62 stories from over 50 reverse mortgage professionals across the United States. These professionals are dedicated and committed to improving the lives of their senior clients.

Sam is married, has 4 children, 3 grandchildren and resides in the same residence in his hometown of Newark, Delaware for over 25 years. He has owned his own mortgage company for 12 years and turned his attention to reverse mortgages over 5 years ago.
